FM Rug is a cloud hosted software that requires Claris FileMaker ( a subsidiary of Apple ). FileMaker is a robust platform for hosting custom built applications like FM Rug. You must install FileMaker to use the desktop version. Other versions listed below are also available.

FileMaker Client runs on Window 10 or greater and Mac OS. Web Direct is a client that runs on the FileMaker Server. It can be accessed through Google Chrome, Safari and Edge. FileMaker Go is available in the Apple App Store. It is a client designed to run on IOS devices.

Open the application an you will be presented with a login prompt. Enter you login and Password
You will open up to the Splash screen – you can read the latest updates or release notes then click the open Application Link

The top (black) bar is Global. These functions have little relation to the Customer record that has focus (shown)
The 2nd black bar is local and will act upon the record that has focus (shown)
